ORDINANCE //03-40 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTEI WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZON AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAP OF' THE CITY CODE OF MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 9.20.25 "TC TOWN CENTER ZONI~IG DISTRICT" TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY · CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. Tile City of Rarnsey ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMARY The following official summary~of Ordinance #03-40 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsej as clearly informing the public of the int nt and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect Ordinance #03-40 to amend Ramsey ( Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivis of Land)~to create tbe Towh Center (' District that contains zoning, bulk sL dards, and development regulations the Ramsey Town Center, a mixed-u transit-orientated development. Ordinance creates the TC-1, Mixed-t Core District, the TC-2, Commercral District; the TC-3 Workplace District; TC-4 Neighborhood District, and the 1 5 Park and Open Space District and plr- tinent regulations governing permitt4 :J, conditional, and prohibited uses wi, in each Town Center zoning sub-district.
