General Development Standards, All development within the Town <br />Center District shall meet the Ramsey Town Center Development Guidelines that are <br />incorporated into this ordinance by reference. These standards will be used by the City as the <br />minimum requirements for evaluating development proposals and site plans. However, the <br />standards are not intended to restrict creativity in design. An applicant may request modification <br />or waiver of any Standard in favor of an alternate approach that will achieve the same design <br />objective. <br /> <br /> Subd. 6. Parking Standards. Parking in the Town Center District is intended to <br />be shared to the greatest extent practicable in all mixed-use areas, with the exception of the TC-4 <br />Sub-District.
