• <br />Councilmcmhc.r Harson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #88-208 <br />RESOL>_JTtON APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR KILLMER ELECTRIC <br />(PROJECT #87-28 CENTRAL PARK HOCKEY RINK AND TEMPORARY <br />WARMING HOUSE ELECTRICAL LIGHTING) <br />W it F',R.EAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on November <br />10, 1987; aiul <br />WHERE;`S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #87-85 <br />awarding the bid to Killmer Electric for the electrical work and Central Park hockey rinks and <br />temporary wan nit g, house; and <br />WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. <br />recommendc(Ii inal payment to Killmer Electric in the amount of $1,111.80. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEA',, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That ttic ,i ty Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Killmer Electric for the electrical <br />work at i;.Intral Park Hockey Rinks and Temporary Warming House in the amount of <br />$1,111.80. <br />2) That tlhc City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release <br />for this tinral payment. <br />3) `That in total amount of this final payment is not included in the resolution approving <br />paylni;nt o bills for the month of October, 1988. <br />4) That the Cy.ty of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br />The motion for- the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />DeLuca and upon ,'otc being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor lean nann <br />Councilnic;riber Pearson <br />Coto ic:ilrne nber DeLuca <br />Cou„cilene i}ber Bawden <br />Coi.unncilrrielnbcr Sorteberg <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following iabstained: <br />Non,. <br />and the followinf, were absent: <br />Nom <br />
