NOW 'I'Ifl(F)RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSL\ \NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) 'Ih<rt thf Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into it coutraet with E.H.
