E: A S, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of parking lot <br />lighting for city hall (Project #88-24) bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, <br />and the following hids were received complying with the advertisement: <br />Electrical Systems of Anoka, Inc. <br />Electrical Services Co. <br />Kintner Electric Co. <br />Ridge is le;Electric <br />Amount of Bid <br />$22,695.00 <br />$24,943.00 <br />$25,375.00 <br />$29,800.00 <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Electrical Systems of Anoka, Minnesota is the lowest <br />responsible hiCk1ei <br />NOW, TIIEREIi-F'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />l) That the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />into a contract with Electrical Systems of Anoka, Minnesota in the name of the City of <br />Ramsey for the improvement of parking lot lighting (Project #88-24) according to the plans <br />and specifications therefore approved by the Ramsey City Council and on file in the office <br />of the; City Administrator/Clerk. <br />2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br />bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder <br />and next_ lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br />The motion for the ; adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />DeLuca and capon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Reiniann <br />Comic ilmet n ber Sorteberg <br />Cocrnciimeinber DeLuca <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Counc ill nein ber Bawden <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />
