Commissioner Westerberg seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. * * * * * * * * * * Tim Yantos presented the ACRRA Management Committee Reports of January 25, 2011, and March 25, 2011. Tim Yantos called on Jon Olson to provide an update on the Third Main as part of the Management Committee Reports. * ********* Commissioner Look moved to authorize the chair to finalize negotiations and execute the Counties Transit Improvement Board Capital Grant Agreement for the Northstar Commuter Rail: Ramsey Station Project (Contract #2011-0095), in the amount of $1,000,000, subject to review by the county attorney as to form and legality.
