Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-08-199 A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION. WHEREAS, Town Center LLC., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for preliminary plat approval of Town Center Addition on the following described property located irt the City of Ramsey: That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying northerly of the northerly line of the Burlington Northern Railroad p~operty, east of the east line of Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 33, and south of the north 90.00 feet thereof. And That part of the south half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 28 lying west of the west line of Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 16 and south of the north 90.00 feet thereof. And That part of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 28 lying northerly of the northerly line of the Burlington Northern Railroad property. And That part of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 28 lying northerly of the northerly line of the Burlington Northern Railroad property and west of the west line of Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 16. (the "Subj ~-ct Property") WHEREAS, on June 16, 2003, the City of Ramsey received an application for the preliminary plat for Town Center Addition from Ramsey Town Center, LLC; and WHEREAS, on July 10, 2003, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and reviewed the preliminary plat and recommended approval of the preliminary plat subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, on July 30, 2003, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the proposed Ramsey Town Center and recommended that Park Dedication and Trail Fees shall
