Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-08-199 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR RAMSEY <br />TOWN CENTER ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Town Center LLC., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly <br />applied for preliminary plat approval of Town Center Addition on the following described <br />property located irt the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota lying northerly of the northerly line of the Burlington Northern <br />Railroad p~operty, east of the east line of Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat <br />No. 33, and south of the north 90.00 feet thereof. <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />That part of the south half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 28 lying west of <br />the west line of Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 16 and south of the <br />north 90.00 feet thereof. <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 28 lying northerly of the northerly <br />line of the Burlington Northern Railroad property. <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 28 lying northerly of the northerly <br />line of the Burlington Northern Railroad property and west of the west line of Anoka <br />County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 16. <br /> <br />(the "Subj ~-ct Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 16, 2003, the City of Ramsey received an application for the <br />preliminary plat for Town Center Addition from Ramsey Town Center, LLC; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 10, 2003, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and <br />reviewed the preliminary plat and recommended approval of the preliminary plat subject to <br />certain conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 30, 2003, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the <br />proposed Ramsey Town Center and recommended that Park Dedication and Trail Fees shall <br /> <br /> <br />
