The Planning Commission reviewed the revised site plan at their October 4, 2001 meeting and <br />recommended approval of the revised site plan. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommends site plan approval contingent upon compliance with the city <br />staff review letter dated August 31, 2001, Revised September 28, 2001, the property being rezoned <br />and receiving a comprehensive plan amendment, the property being properly subdivided and the <br />applicant receiving a variance to the height restrictions. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to grant site plan approval to the apartment building to be located on the Lord of Life Church <br />property contingent upon compliance with the City Staff review letter dated August 31, 2001, <br />Revised September 28, 2001, the property being rezoned and receiving a comprehensive plan <br />amendment, the property being properly subdivided and the applicant receiving a variance to the <br />height restrictions.
