CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />Topic Report: 2004 Minnesota Report <br />By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Governor's office has proposed creating a new annual report similar to the Twin <br />Cities Metro Report, which will be named The Minnesota Report. A copy of the 2003 <br />Twin Cities Metro Report is attached to this Topic Report. The City of Ramsey has been <br />offered the opportunity to be one of the limited numbers of cities that would be focused <br />in the State report.
