CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 08/23/2011 <br />By: Jo Thieling, Administrative Services <br />5. 8. <br />Title: <br />Approve Extension of Contract for General Legal Services <br />Background: <br />At the work session, held on Tuesday, August 9, 2011, City Council discussed extending the contract with Randall <br />and Goodrich, P.L.C. for general legal services, versus going out for request for proposals. Mr. Goodrich agreed to <br />extend his contract for an additional year, under the current contract rates. Following discussion, Council <br />recommended the contract be extended for one year.
