Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #11-08- <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF STONEY RIVER <br />WHEREAS, First Phoenix Group, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied <br />for final plat approval of Stoney River on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township <br />32, Range 25, lying westerly of the center line of Trunk Highway No. 47, except part <br />platted as Birch Hill Lodges, also except part platted as CIC No. 129 Birch Hill <br />Lodges, together with that part of the Northeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter of said <br />section lying westerly of center line of Trunk Highway No. 47 and lying north and <br />northeast, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, on June 3, 2011, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from <br />Stoney River for a plat to be named Stoney River; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 7, 2011, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and <br />recommended that the Developer proceed to the final plat stage; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 3, 2011, the Developer submitted a final plat; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 23, 2011, the City Council reviewed the final plat. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Stoney River in accordance with <br />relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated August 19, 2005 <br />2. The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />
