Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #11-08- A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF STONEY RIVER WHEREAS, First Phoenix Group, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for final plat approval of Stoney River on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, lying westerly of the center line of Trunk Highway No. 47, except part platted as Birch Hill Lodges, also except part platted as CIC No. 129 Birch Hill Lodges, together with that part of the Northeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter of said section lying westerly of center line of Trunk Highway No. 47 and lying north and northeast, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS, on June 3, 2011, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from Stoney River for a plat to be named Stoney River; and WHEREAS, on July 7, 2011, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and recommended that the Developer proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, on August 3, 2011, the Developer submitted a final plat; and WHEREAS, on August 23, 2011, the City Council reviewed the final plat. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Stoney River in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated August 19, 2005 2. The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same:
