The Planning Commission has recommended approval of the request contingent upon the <br />following: <br />• Required amendments as outlined in the attached Staff Review File dated June 28, 2011 <br />• Processing necessary zoning amendments as it relates to assisted living and memory care as a <br />permitted use outlined in the attached Staff Report. <br />• Working with Anoka County Staff in regards to safety and mobility improvements <br />Please note: this is only a recommendation that is subject to approval by the City Council <br />Copies of the review file and staff report are attached for your review. The City Council will review the <br />request on Tuesday, August 23th at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. You, or a representative of the <br />development, are highly encouraged to attend this meeting.
