CASE # I <br />INTRODUCE iPROPOSED ORDINANCE VACATING DRAINAGE & UTILITY <br />EASEMENTSiALONG THE EAST BORDER OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1, AND THE <br />WEST BORDE~ OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, OF TROTT BROOK RIDGE ADDITION. <br />By: James Gromberg, Project Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The developer of:Trott Brook Ridge has requested the City vacate the drainage and utility <br />easements that wei'e dedicated along the east border of Lot 2, Block 1, and the west border of Lot <br />1, Block 1, of Tro[t Brook Ridge Addition. This vacation is necessary due to the administrative <br />subdivision that ~as completed in October 1992. Enclosed for your review is the following <br />information: <br /> <br /> 1) Public hearing notice <br /> 2) Sit~ location map <br /> 3) Proj~erties notified list <br /> 4) Prolbosed ordinance vacating drainage and utility easements. <br /> <br />If this proposed o~dinance is adopted, the City will record the vacation so that deeds for the <br />affected propertie~ will reflect the vacation.
