NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby {;liven that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on <br />Tuesday, January,. 18, 1994, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a reqUest by Dean Helgeson to vacate the following <br />easements: <br /> <br />The drainage and utility easements described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the drainage and utility easement over, under, and across that part of the <br />West 10 feet lying north of the South 10 feet and lying south of the North 10 feet, all as <br />measured ~at right angles, and all being part of Lot 1, Block 1, TROTT BROOK RIDGE, <br />Anoka Co~rnty, Minnesota. <br /> <br />That part ~Of the drainage and utility easement over, under, and across that part of the <br />East 10 feet lying north of the South 10 feet and lying south of the North 10 feet, all as <br />measured ~at right angles, and all being part of Lot 2, Block 1, TROTT BROOK RIDGE, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request. <br /> <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, 15153 <br />Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303.
