CASE <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br /> 1994 COUNCIL ORGANIZATION <br />By: Ryan Schroeder, City Administrator <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information are the following: <br /> <br /> a) ~Letter from Anoka County Union requesting they be designated as the <br /> iCity's official newspaper for the year 1994. <br /> b) ~Letter to Dr. Rodman requesting his acceptance of appointment as the City's <br /> ~ealth Authority <br /> c) 3%oposed resolution for 1993 Council organization <br /> d) ~:~roposed resolution designating financial institutions as official depositories <br /> bf City funds for 1994. <br /> <br />Since Council!voted to eliminate the Precinct Liaison meetings, Staff felt that it was <br />Council's intent to discontinue appointing a precinct liaison also.
