ADDENDUM TO DEVELOPMENT ^GRE£MS~,'T <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey a~d Run, River Meadows Associates, <br /> <br />partnership organized under the laws cf the State of Minnesota <br /> <br />and referred to as Developer, in addition to the covenants and <br /> <br />conditions set forth in that certain Development Agreement dated <br />December 31, 1984, also agree as follows: <br /> <br />That no building permits shall be issued to Developer until <br /> <br />the construction by the Developer required in paragraph 2.a. of <br /> <br />the Development Agreement has been satisfactorily completed in <br /> <br />accordance with the standards of the City of Ramsey, the City Code, <br />and received the recommendation of the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> IN WIT~NESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Addendum <br />to Development Agreement this ~!~ day of December, 1984. <br /> <br />RUMRIOTER MEADOWS ASSOCIATES <br /> .. ?,,2..... ,.,/,. / <br /> Wiib~r- :.
