The City reserves the right to inspect flae site for the purposes of examirting mad copying nonprivLteged records; conducting inspections, surveys, investigations, monitoring or sampling; and obtaining necessary information pertaining to the construction, operation and envi.ronment~ effect of the engine and u'ansmission disassembly facility. During the first year of operations, City Staff shall conduct conditional use permit compliance inspections on a monthly basis at no cost to the Permit Holder, except there wi/l be a charge assessed for follow-up inspections required as a result of a recorded violation on the regular monthly inspection. Inspections shall be conducted during normal business hours except in the event of an emergency. City personnel or agents performing the inspection will provide reasonable notice to the Permit Holder's personnel prior to the time of inspection. Following the fn'st year of operations, inpsect~ons wi.Il be conducted and charged for in accordance with City Code and the terms of this permit. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit except as otherwise noted. Copies of all documents, plans, reports, permits or licenses which are required to be supplied or issued by the MPCA or Anoka County shall also be supplied concurrently to the City at no cost to the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Counciknember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councitmember Gerald Zimmerman Councilmember Glen Hardin Councilmember Kenneth Peterson and the following voted against the same: Counciimember Sheik Beyer and the following abstaineck None and the following were absent: Mayor James Gilbertson whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of June, 1993.
