Recommend modifications as follows: <br /> <br />9.12.13 Non-Conforming Signs <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. Any permanent type sign lawfully existing <br />prior to the adoption of this section, and not meeting <br />substantially all of the requirements of this section, shall be <br />considered legal non-conforming and shall be allowed to continue <br />in use.
