f~ <br /> <br />Interior Signs which arc fully located within thc interior of any building or <br />stadium, or within an enclosed lobby or court of any building, or in thc <br />lobby or entrance of any theatre which arc intended solely for information <br />relating to thc interior operation of thc building in which they are located. <br /> <br />g. Temporary mai estate signs. <br /> <br />h. Garage sale and craft sale signs. <br /> <br />i. Pennants. <br /> <br />9.12.17 permit Application <br /> <br /> Sul~d. I. Application for permits shall be made upon forms provided by the <br />Zoning Administrator and shall state or have attached thereto the following information: <br /> <br />Thc names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the applicant, the owner <br />of the parcel on which the sign is to be erected or affixed, the owner of the <br />sign, and the person to be erecting or aff~ing the sign. <br /> <br />b. Type of sign. <br /> <br />c. ; Type of construction materials to be used. <br /> <br />d. ~ Location of building, structure or parcel to which, or upon which, the sign <br /> is to be attached or erected. <br /> <br />Position of the sign or other advertising structures in relation to the nearest <br />buildings, sumcmres, public streets, right-of-ways and property lines, along <br />with location and square footage areas for all existing signs on the same <br />premises. The drawing showing such position shall be prepared "to scale"; <br /> <br />fo <br /> <br />Blueprint or ink drawing of the plans and specifications, and method of <br />construction or attachment to the building or in the ground, including all <br />dimensions, locating all light sources, wattage, type and color of lights and <br />details of any light shields or shades. <br /> <br />9.12.18 <br /> <br />go <br /> <br />Permit '.Issuance or Denial <br /> <br />Copy of sa-ess sheets and calculations, showing the snmcture is designated <br />for dead load and wind velocity in the mount required by this and all other <br />!ordinances of the City, ff required by the Zoning Administrator or Building <br />Official. The Zoning Administrator or Building Official may require <br />additional information concerning safety. <br /> <br />;An agreement with the city which would authorize and direct the City of <br />lRamsey to remove the sign and sign structure, at the expense of the <br />pplicant, where maintenance 'is required and the maintenance is not <br />umished, but only after a notice of sixty (60) days specifying the <br />~aintenance required by the City. <br /> <br /> Subd.
