CotmciLmcmbcr introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 694-01. RESOLUTION iApPROVING FINAL PAYMENT NO. 2 TO W.B. MILLER, INC. FOR IMPROVI~,MENT PROJECTS g93-08 AND g93-09. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on May 11, 1993; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to W.B. Mfllerg Inc. for the construction of Improvement Projects ~93-08 and #93-09; and WHERE~S, City Engineer Steve Jankowski recommends final payment No. 2 to W.B. Miller, Inc. in the itmount of $2,490.81. [ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: [ 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment No. 2 to W.B. Miller, Inc. for the constmctio,n of Improvement Projects ~93-08 and ~93-09 in the amount of $2,490.81. 2) 3) 4) That the Ciiy Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for th~s final payment. That the to~ mount of this final payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for ihe month of January 1994. That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the !adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof. and the following VOted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were. absent: whereupon said reSolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 18th day of JanBary, 1994.
