On the 22nd of June, 1993, the Ramsey City Council <br />approved your reques:~ for a conditional use permit to disassemble engines and transmissions and <br />conduct wholesale aqtivities on Lots 2, 3 and 4. Enclosed for your records are fully executed <br />copies of the fmdings.~of facts and the conditional use permits that were approved. Also enclosed <br />for your records is a egpy of the Site Plan Development permit issued for the construction of the <br />new building on Lots ~ and 3. Upon providing the City with the $46,680.00 £mancial guarantee, ! <br />will authorize the Buil{t.ing Official to release the building permit for the structure. <br /> <br />Since these proceedin.{gs began in March, I have received 10 incident reports and/or complaints <br />regarding your operan~ns. As you recall, obtaining the conditional use permit for Lots 2, 3 amd 4, <br /> <br />and site plan approval <br />on all four lots. You ct <br />been observing your o <br />alarming rate.
