Councilmcmber inu'oduccci the following r~solution and moved for its adoption: <br />~ RESOLUTION g94-01- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ("CUP:) <br />ISSUED TO pANNY'S TRANNY'S INC. ("P") ON LOTS 2, 3 AND 4, BLOCK <br />4, GATEWAyNORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT #2-("SITE") <br /> <br /> WHERI~iAS, on January 18, 1994, the Ramsey City Council adopted Findings of Fact <br />#__, which the ~2ity Council believes would support revocation of the CUP; and <br /> <br /> WHERISAS, the Ramsey City Council finds that it has given ample opportunity to the <br />Permit Holder to!comply-~ with the CUP; and <br /> <br /> WHER.~S, the Permit Holder strenuously represents that it will take immediate action to <br />comply with the CUP; and <br /> <br /> WHERIgAS, the Permit Holder has presented the City with specific plans for CUP <br />compliance, suchlas the retention of additional personnel; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, some effort has been made on the part of the Permit Holder to bring the Site <br />into compliance b~ physical removal of some of the debris and outside storage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council members desire to cooperate with businesses within the <br />community in order to enhance the econorrfic well being of the City and provide jobs for members <br />of thc cornrnunity~ <br /> <br />NOW THEREF~)RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Permit Holder's CUP shall be continued. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That City Staff is directed to closely monitor the Site for CUP compliance which <br />sha~.l include monthly repons to the City Council. <br /> <br /> 3) That ff ail debris and outside storage are not removed fi.om the Site by February 28, <br /> 199~4, the City will consider a new revocation procedure at a regular City Council <br /> meSting oceuring within thirty (30) days of said date. <br /> <br /> 4) That, ff each and every one of the CUP conditions are not/n full compliance on May <br /> 31, ~1994, the City will consider a new revocation procedure at a regular City <br /> Co ~u~cil meeting occudng within th/ny (30) days of said date. <br /> <br />The motion for the ~loption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Counzilmember <br /> andmpon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following all~stained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
