Page Four <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />In 1992 over 82 percent of CEAP clients had annual incomes <br />under $10,000. CEAP's Anoka County office primary <br />population is comprised of "working poor" and "newly <br />unemployed" families. Additionally, families who are <br />waiting to become eligible for County programs often come to <br />CEAP in the interim. <br /> <br />Estimate of Total Number of CSAP Clients in Ramsey: <br /> <br />During 1993 CEAP served 195 families, and 581 individuals <br />living in the Columbia Heights area through Intervention <br />Services. Financial assistance was provided to an <br />Additional 24 families and totaled $4,340.59. Information <br />for statistics is gleaned from the zip code within the city. <br /> <br />Areas of Staff ~×pertise: <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />CEAP staff attend in service weekly meetings and quarterly <br />planning sessions, as well as topic-specific workshops. <br />They actively coordinate and collaborate with agencies such <br />as Early Child and Family Education, and with other <br />emergency service providers. <br /> <br />Pro,ram Budget <br />Please see the attached budget for'FY 1994 <br /> <br />13.
