CEAP's Anoka County office primary <br />population is comprised of "working poor" and "newly <br />unemployed" families. Additionally, families who are <br />waiting to become eligible for County programs often come to <br />CEAP in the interim. <br /> <br />Estimate of Total Number of CSAP Clients in Ramsey: <br /> <br />During 1993 CEAP served 195 families, and 581 individuals <br />living in the Columbia Heights area through Intervention <br />Services.
