REQUEST <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br /> CASE # ~.~ <br />F~R FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF NORTHFORK <br /> HIGHLANDS <br /> ADDITION; CASE OF NORTH FORK, INC. <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />North Fork, Inc. isirequesting final plat approval of Northfork Highlands Addition. The plat is a <br />subsequent phase Of the preliminary plat approval granted to Northfork 5th Addition. Northfork <br />5th Addition consisted of 430 acres proposed to be developed with 120 single family lots and the <br />golf course. The .first phase, Northfork Links, platted the golf course and 14 single family lots. <br />Northfork Links 2~ad Addition platted another 2 lots; Northfork 3rd Addition replatted 4 lots in <br />Northfork Links ioto 3 lots. However, the overall cap on lots in Northfork remains at 292 and the <br />density of 1 unit pe~ 4 acres is maintained. <br /> <br />Park dedication will be a cash contribution of $500.00 per lot, in accordance with the Northfork <br />Park Dedication A~eement dated May 9, 1989. <br /> <br />The deviation fror~ street names established in the grid pattern and a 2 foot reduction in the <br />pavemem width wa~ approved at the time of preliminary plat approval.
