LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, LOCAL #109 <br /> <br /> AND <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br />1994-95 CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS <br />2ND MEETING '-----"----"--- "~ 1994 <br /> <br />Article ~2 - Salaries <br />The Union proposes the following top patrol salary increases. <br />1. 1994 ~ 2.75% <br />,2. 1995 - 3.5% <br /> <br />Article 18- Medical Insurance <br />The Union proposes the following increases in medical insurance contributions. <br />1. 1994 'r$10'00 per month, bringing the total to $275.00 <br />2. 1995 -: $20.00 per month, bringing the total to $295.00 <br /> <br />Article 17.1 - Holidays <br />1. Union agrees to drop this request. <br /> <br />Article 17.3 Holidays <br />1. 1994 ~ 1 additional <br />2. 1995 - 1 additional <br /> <br />(Premium) <br /> <br />Article 19 - Investigator Clothing Allowance <br />Union continues to propose an increase in the Investigator's allowance from $100.00 to <br />$125.00 per month. <br /> <br />Article 6 - Court Time <br />The Union proposes a change from 2 hours minimum court time to 3 hours minimum at <br />one and one half times the employees hourly rate. <br /> <br />Article 20.4 Proficiency Pay <br />Union proposes increasing the dollar amounts as discussed earlier. <br /> <br />Article 24 Duration <br />The Union continues to propose a two year contract. <br /> <br />** The Union reserves the right to add to, subtract from or otherwise amend the above <br />proposals. <br /> <br /> <br />
