Councilmember ~ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g94-02- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVENWICK 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, Paye Consumcfion Company, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied ~[or final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Ouflot I, KIVENWlCK, Anoka County, Minnesota AND WHEREAS, on October 2, 1990, the Kamsey Planning and Zoning Commission approved the ske~h plan for Faye 2nd Addition (a.k.a. Rivenwick); and WHERI~AS, on March 5, 1991, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a pubic hearing regarding l::aye 2nd Addition (a.k.a. Rivenwick) and recommended preliminary plat al~proval of same; and WHEREbS, the Ramsey City Council met on April 23, 1991, and approved the preliminary plat fOr Faye 2nd Addition (a.k.a. Rivenwick); and WHEREAS, on June 9, 1992, the Ramsey City Council granted a one year extension to the approved preliminary plat; and WHEREJ~S, on July 28, 1992, the Ramsey City Council granted final plat approval to RJvenmck; and WHEREAS, on February 8, 1994, at the request of the Developer, the Ramsey Cffy Council granted r~ised prelimina.ry plat approval for Rj. venwick to design I37th Avenue N.W. as a cul-de-sac versuS a through street. .~ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, KNOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Kivenwick 2nd Add/don.
