32. Violation of this Agreement. DEVELOPER B agrees that the terms of the <br /> fi$~-~cial guarantee shall be deemed to have been v~olated if the DEVELOPERS <br /> fall to perform any of the terms of this Agreement in the manner required by the <br /> CITY and the CITY shall be entitled to recover from DEVELOPER B or the <br /> is.~uer of the DEVELOPER B's letter of credit, the full amount of the letter of <br /> cr~t. <br /> <br /> 33. ~A_~reemen!
