Councilmember P~terson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-11-29I A RESOLUTION DECLARING CONDITIONS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AN OUTSIDE DISPLAY AREA AS[SOCIATED WITH A MOTOR VEHICLE SALES LOT WHEREi~S, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #92-11-290 regarding Findings of Fact ~032'7 for this use and herein approves a Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditic~ns. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, 3~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On November 101 1992 a conditional use permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Dalles R.V. World, lnc. ("Permit Bolder") to establish an outdoor display/sales area in the B-3 Business District on the property generally known as 7103 I-twy. #10 N.W. and legally described as follows: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 27, Township ~_, Range 25 Snd of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 34, Township .~_, Range 25, described as follows: Beginning fat a point on the northeasterly fight-of-way boundary line of Trunk Highway No. 10, as ~hown on Minnesota Department Of Transportation Monumentation Plat 02- M5, filed ias Anoka Count), Recorder Document-No. 541042, distant 710.23 feet southeasterly from the intersection of said northeasterly highway fight-of-way boundary Iine with tl~i west Iine of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2~; thence on ~ assumed bearing of South 65 de~ees 22 minutes 49 seconds East, along northeaster~]y highway right-of-way boundary tine, a distance of 33.01 feet; thence on a bear~.ng of ~qorth, parallel with the west line of said Southwest quarter of the Southwest Quarter of ~;ection 27 and its southerly extension, a d/stance of 355.61 feet to the southerly railroad right-of-way line of Burlington Northern Railroad Company; thence No, th 66 de~ees 11 [-minutes 34 seconds West, along said railroad right-of-way tine, a distance of 14.3.37 fee2; thence on a bearing of South a distance of 205.79 feet; thence South 65 de~ees 22 ~nutes 49 seconds East a distar~ce of l 11.28 feet; thence on a bearing of South a distance Of 147.58 feet to the point of be~nning.
