However, the Permittee does not relinquish their rights under Minneso!a Statutes Chapter 429, or Ramsey City Code Chapter 4, to appeal the amount of the assessments. 11. The Perrr~nee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit.
