ORDINANCE #03- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramscy Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section .12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> That 10.00 foot wide utility and drainage easement as per the record plat of SUNFISH <br /> LAKE BUSINESS PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the South line of <br /> Lot 4 and southerly of the northerly line of Lot 1 all in Block 1 and which lies easterly of <br /> the westerly tine of said Lot 4 and its southerly extension. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
