PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, September 4, <br />2003, at the Ramsey Fire Station #1, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Michael Nixt <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />Commissioner Robert Board Member Johnson <br />Commissioner Deborah Shepherd <br />Commissioner Gary Van Scoy <br />Commissioner Eric Watson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Assistant Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Associate Planner Amy Geisler <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting to order at 7:13 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon noted that the applicant has requested <br />Item #8 be continued to the next regular meeting. Therefore, the Commission needs only to open <br />the public hearing and table the case. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt suggested they move Item #8 to Item #1 and take the rest of the items in the <br />order presented. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Johnson, to approve the agenda as <br />amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Johnson, Brauer, Shepherd, Van <br />Scoy and Watson. Voting No: None.
