Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Kurak, Strommen, Cook, <br />Elvig, Pearson, and Zimmenuan. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 7:23 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:23 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to approve an On-Sale <br />and Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License application for Templer Group, Inc., d/b/a/ JR's <br />Outpost; contingent upon the applicants adequately addressing the current fire code issues. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Elvig, Kurak, Cook, <br />Pearson, Strommen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mike Hartinger and Jim DuCharme introduced themselves and their two business partners. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec welcomed them to Ramsey and wished them well in their business. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Public Hearing and Levy of Assessments for Past-Due Charges on Municipal <br />Utility Bills and Current Services Rendered <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:24 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:24 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund explained that the City of Ramsey provides varying services that are billed <br />directly to residents though the municipal utility bill (via Connexus Energy) and through <br />invoices.
