Council member Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-07-187A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF THE SOUTH 167 FEET OF LOT 2, <br />BLOCK I AND THE SOUTH 167 FEET OF LOT 2A, BLOCK 1, WEST RADIUM <br />BUSINESS CENTER FIRST ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIF <br />Agreement") with L and D Properties, LLC (Precise Metalcraft), on July 8, 2003; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Development Agreement states that the City will convey the SOUTH 167 <br />FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1, and the SOUTH 167 FEET OF LOT 2A, BLOCK 1, WEST <br />RADIUM BUSINESS CENTER FIRST ADDITION to L and D Properties, LLC.. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final draft of the TIF Agreement is dated as of July 21, 2003. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the SOUTH 167 FEET OF LOT 2 and LOT 2A, BLOCK 1, WEST RADIUM <br />BUSINESS CENTER FIRST ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota, may be sold <br />pursuant to the terms and conditions of the July 21, 2003 Contract for Private Development <br />between the City and L and D Properties, LLC., and that the City's Mayor and City <br />Administrator are attthorized to execute the necessary documents to convey said ti fie. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kurak and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilm6mber Kurak <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Pearson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
