Councilmember K~rak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-03-073 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $18,000 FROM THE COUNCIL CONTINGENCY FUND TO THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO FUND THE COST OF CONSULTING SERVICES OF THE TINKLENBERG GROUP. WHEREAS, The Tinlenberg Group submitted a proposal to City Council regarding land use and transportation improvements within the TH#10 Corridor in the amount of $18,000; and WHEREAS, City Council authorized staff to obtain the services of The Tinklenberg Group at its meeting of January 28, 2003, for an amount of $10,000; and WHEREAS, on March 25, 2003, City Council authorized the remaining $8,000 for The Tinklenberg group to complete the remaining tasks as agreed upon in the contract; and WHEREAs, Funding for the consulting services needs to be transferred from the Council Contingerlcy Fund to the 2003 budget of the Community Development Department Professional Services line item in the amount of $18,000. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMg~EY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes staff to transfer $18,000 from the Council Contingency Fund to the 2003 General Fund Budget of the Community Development Deaprtment. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cook, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Kurak Councilmember Cook Councilmember Elvig Councihnember Pearson Councilmember Strommen Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: Nolle
