Councilmember K~rak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-03-073 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $18,000 FROM THE COUNCIL <br />CONTINGENCY FUND TO THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />TO FUND THE COST OF CONSULTING SERVICES OF THE TINKLENBERG <br />GROUP. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Tinlenberg Group submitted a proposal to City Council regarding land <br />use and transportation improvements within the TH#10 Corridor in the amount of $18,000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council authorized staff to obtain the services of The Tinklenberg <br />Group at its meeting of January 28, 2003, for an amount of $10,000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 25, 2003, City Council authorized the remaining $8,000 for The <br />Tinklenberg group to complete the remaining tasks as agreed upon in the contract; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAs, Funding for the consulting services needs to be transferred from the <br />Council Contingerlcy Fund to the 2003 budget of the Community Development Department <br />Professional Services line item in the amount of $18,000. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMg~EY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes staff to transfer $18,000 from the <br />Council Contingency Fund to the 2003 General Fund Budget of the Community Development <br />Deaprtment. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cook, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councihnember Pearson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br /> <br />
