PROJECT SCOPE: <br />A. Parties and Scope <br />105 South Fifth Avenue <br />Suite 513 <br />Minneapolis, MN 55401 <br />Acting on behalf of The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota (the "HRA "and /or the "Owner "), Landform Professional Services, LLC, a <br />Minnesota limited liability company it's team members and consultants ( "Landform ") shall <br />provide development management services as Owner's representative during the <br />development of Owner's approximate 140 -acre property located adjacent to Highway 10 in <br />Ramsey, Minnesota in the Ramsey Town Center subdivision and legally described on <br />attached Exhibit "A" (the "Project "). <br />B. The term of this Agreement is April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2013 (the <br />"Agreement Term "). <br />C. Definitions <br />1. "Critical Item Assessment" shall mean the current list of development items <br />that ranks the most relevant events or aspects of the project that possess the <br />potential to dramatically affect the advancement, interfere with, or disrupt the <br />development process. <br />3. "Current Development Plan" shall mean the most current version of the <br />sequentially numbered development plans that has been approved by the <br />H RA. <br />Ramsey -2011 DM Agreement 1 <br />
