Council member Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-05-106 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LOT 3 AND LOT 3A, BLOCK I, <br />SUNFISH LAKE ~USINESS PARK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIF <br />Agreement") with Panther Investments (Panther), a Minnesota Corporation, on October 8, 2002; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to approval of the TIF Agreement the land to be conveyed to <br />Panther has been platted as Lot 3 and Lot 3A, Sunfish Lake Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final draft of the TIF Agreement is dated as of April 18, 2003. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFOR]P,, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That Lot 3r and Lot 3A, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, may be sold pursuant to the terms and conditions of the April 18, 2003 Contract <br />for Private Development between the City and Panther Investments, a Minnesota <br />Corporation. <br /> <br />2) That the City's Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute the necessary <br /> documents to convey said title. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Strommen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councihnember Cook <br />Councilmember Stommen <br />Councillnernber Elvig <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmomber Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br />and tile following abstained: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br /> <br />
