Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-05-111 RESOLUTION~ APPOINTING MR. JOE RIDDLE TO THE PUBLIC SAFETY BOARD AND ESTABLISHING TERM EXPIRATION DATES FOR SITTING BOARD MEMBERS WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Public Safety Board as of January 1, 2003; and WHEREAS, one resident expressed interest in serving on the Public Safety Board; and WHEREAS, the personnel committee has recommended that the vacancy be filled by Joe Riddle; and WHEREAS, term expiration dates have not been established for some Board members. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to appoint Joe Riddle to the Public Safety Board for a first term ending December 31, 2006. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to establish the following term expiration dates for Board members.
