ORDINANCE #11 -07 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTE 117 WHICH IS KNOWN AS TH ZONING AND SUBDIVISIONS CHAP TER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 117 -90 "MAP" OF CHAP TER 117 OF THE CITY CODE 01 RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT The following legally describes properties or portions thereof, hereir attached as Exhibit A, are hereb) rezoned from R - Residential (Centra Rural Reserve) to R -1 Residentia (Rural Developing). (the "Subject Property ") - List available at City Hall SECTION 2. MAP The City is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map ", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 117 -90 of the Ramsey City Code. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publica- tion, subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
