CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Ramsey called the Special City Council meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />2. CITIZENS INPUT <br />None. <br />3. APPROVE AGENDA <br />Case 4.2 was moved to Case 4.1. The agenda was approved, as amended. <br />4. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />4.1: Consider Purchase of a Drainage and Utility Easement at 16259 Coquina Street <br />Related to the 2011 Street Maintenance Program <br />City Engineer Tim Himmer reviewed in the staff report the resident, Benjamin Brent at 16259 <br />Coquina is open to the discussion of an easement or a right of entry and staff is presenting this to <br />see if the Council is interested in pursuing this. <br />Mayor Ramsey stated if we are going to put water there then we are going to need the easement. <br />Councilmember McGlone stated it appears to him that there is more than one affected property. <br />Special City Council Meeting / July 19, 2011 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
