13. <br /> <br />Adult Use-Novelty Business~ A business which has as <br />a principal activity the sale of devices which stimulate <br />human genitals or devices which are designed for <br />sexual stimulation. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />Adult Use-Sauna. A sauna which excludes minors by <br />reason of age, or which provides a steam bath or heat <br />bathing room used for the purpose of bathing, <br />relaxation, or reducing, utilizing steam or hot air as a <br />cleaning, rela.~ing or reducing agent, if the ser~dce <br />provided by the. sauna is distinguished or characterized <br />by an emphasis on "specified sexual activities" or <br />"specified anatomical areas". <br /> <br /> 15. Adult Use-Stemm Room~athhouse Fa~.ility. A building <br /> or portion of a building used for providing a steam bath <br /> ' or heat bathing room used for the purpose of pleasure, <br /> bathing, relaxation, or reducing, utilizing steam or hot <br /> air as a cleaning, relaxing or reducing agent if such <br /> building or portion of a building restricts minors by <br /> reason of age or if the service provided by the steam <br /> room/bath_house facility is distinguished or <br /> ~ characterized by an emphasis on "specified sexual <br /> activities" or "specified anatomical areas". <br /> <br /> ~ Subd. 2. License Required. No person, firm, or corporation <br />shall operative, manage, rent, lease, or exercise control of any adult use, either <br />principal oj~ accessory, without having first secured a license as hereinafter <br />provided, l!,icenses shall be one of two types: <br /> ! a. Adult Use-Accessory <br /> i b. Adult Use-Principal <br /> ! Sub(L ~ Applications. In addition to such information as the <br />City A~rn~r~strator may require pursuant to Section 130.01.03, the application <br />shall also i~clude: <br /> <br /> ~ a. The premises wherein the adult use is to be located; <br /> <br /> ~ b, A statement detailing each gross misdemeanor or felony <br /> ~ relating to a sex offense and/or the operation of adult uses <br /> and related activities of which the applicant or, in the case of <br /> ~ a corporation, the owners of more than five percent (5%) of <br /> the outstanding stock of the corporation, have been <br /> ~ convicted, and whether or not the applicant has ever applied <br /> for or held a license to operate, a sinmilar type of business in <br /> other communities. <br /> <br /> ~ c. The provisions rnsde to restrict access by rn4nors; <br /> <br /> d.
