Each license shall be <br /> issued only for the premises described in the application. No <br /> license may be transferred to another place without the <br /> approval of the City Administrator. <br /> <br /> c. Existing Licensees Compliance. All existing businesses <br /> shall be required to conform with this provision on or before <br /> January 2, 1991. Failure to comply will result in the license <br /> being revoked effective 12:00 midnight January 15,1991. <br /> <br /> Sub& 6, Persons Ineligible for License. No Iicense shall be <br />or held by any person: <br /> <br /> a. Under twenty-one (21) years of age; <br /> <br /> b. Who has been convicted of a felony or of violating any law of <br /> this State or local ordinance relating to sex offenses and/or <br /> adult uses. <br /> <br /> c. Who is not the proprietor of the establishment for which the <br /> license is issued. <br /> <br />Subc]- 7. <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br /> Places Ineligible for Licens~ <br /> <br />No license shall be granted for adult uses on any premises <br />where a licensee has been convicted of a viola~on of this <br />Chapter, or where any license hereunder has been revoked <br />for cause, until one (1) year has elapsed after such <br />conviction or revocation. <br /> <br />No Adult Use-Print/pal premise or part thereof shall be <br />licensed or penrnitted to operate under an existing license <br />which contains: <br /> <br />Partitions between subdivisions of a room, portion or <br />parC of a building, structure or premises having an <br />aperture which is designed or constructed to facilitate <br />sexual activity between persons on either side of the <br />partition. <br /> <br />Booths, stalls, or partitioned portions of a room, or <br />individual rooms, used for the viewing of motion <br />pictures or other forms of entertainment, having doors, <br />curtains or portal part/t/ohs, unless such booths, stalls, <br />partitioned portions of a room, or individual rooms so <br />used shall have at least one side open to an adjacent <br />public room so that the area inside is visible to persons <br />in the adjacent public room.
