Councilm~mb~[ introduced thc following resolution and moved for it~ adoption: RESOLUTION RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g94-12 (BITUMINOUS OVERLAY SPORTS HAVEN/CArOL ROSE ADDITIONS) WHEI~EAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December 14, 1993, to prepare a feasibility study for the 1994 Street Maintenance Program; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, 1994, which in, cares the following: Estima?d total cost of project $43,095 Estima/~l total assessment per unit (individual property cost) $21,548 Estimated annual assessment per unit ten (10)~ year term $ 526 NOW THEI~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RikMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ram~ey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoafi.ng of such streets ba accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a pomo~ of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ra~sey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $43,095. 2) That a Public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of March [1994, in the Council Chambers of the l~amsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the Cil~y Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improCement as required by law.
