ANOKA COUNTY <br />CERTIFIED MOTION <br /> <br />Ryan Schroeder, Ramsey City Administrator, presented the proposed Modified Development <br />Program, Development District No. 1 and Modified Tax Increment Financing Plan, Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 2 in the City of Ramsey, to the County Board for their review and comment as <br />required by Chapter 273.74, subdivision 2 of the Laws of Minnesota.
