by ordinance after a public hearing, affirmatively voted to <br />vacate that certain area designated and dedicated as park Jn the <br />plat of Mite Pine Estates, contingent upon the execution of this <br />Development Agreement, and contingent upon the City Charter <br />requirements as to the effective date of City Ordinances.
