River Meadows Associates, a <br />partnershi~ organized under the laws cf the State of Minnesota <br />and referred to as Developer, in addition to the covenants and <br />conditions set forth in that certain Development Agreement dated <br />December 3~, 1984, also agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That no building permits shall be issued to Developer until <br />the constr~ction by the Developer required in paragraph 2.a. of <br />the Development Agreement has been satisfactorily completed in <br />accordance'with the standards of the City of Ramsey, the City Code, <br /> <br />and receivkd the recommendation of the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> IN W%TNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Addendum <br /> <br />to Development Agreement this <br /> <br />day of December, 1984. <br /> <br />RUM RIVER MEADOWS ASSOCIATES <br /> Wilb~r-F.
