Councilmember! introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: ~ RESOLUTION g94-04- RESOLUTIC[N APPROVING ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMEN[rS CERTIFIED IN 1993 FOR THE CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~1-13, CITY FUND #320, COUNTY FUND #82027. WHERIEAS, the City's Improvement Project Number 91-13 is identified as Sanitary Sewer and Wat~rmain Storm Sewer, Park and Street Improvements for Chestnut Hills, Cedar Hills, Windem~e Woods and Chestnut Ponds Additions and Trunk Lines for Wood Pond Hills and Sunny Pond, s Additions; and WHEREAS, prepayment was received by the City of Ramsey and reported to Anoka County as follo6ts: Pin Number ~ Prepaid Amount R25-32-~5-23-0037 November 15, 1993 $1,085.60 WHERSAS, the prepayment was not removed from the assessment roll at Anoka County; and WHER.EAS, to correct the County roll it is necessary that the City of Ramsey approve abatement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That th~ City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves abatement of special assessments for Improvement Project g01-13, City Fund #320, County Fund #82027 for parcel R~5-32-25-23-0037. ~' 2) That theiCity of Ramsey hereby instructs the Finance Officer to process all paperwork as requiredtby Anoka County Auditor's Office in this regard and to notify the property owner involved~ of the Council's action.
