Councilmemb~r~~ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~t94-04- RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMEI~ITS CERTIFIED IN 1993 FOR THE CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~, 3-06, CITY FUND #437, COUNTY FUND #82193. WHEREAS, the City's Improvement Project Number 93-06 is identified as Sealcoating and Street Cra4kfilling for Pineview Estates 1st and 2nd Additions. WHEREAS, prepayment was received by the City of Ramsey as follows: Pin Number ~ Prepaid Amount R21-32~-25--43-0022 October 27, 1993 $144.66 WHEREAS, the prepayment was not removed from the assessment roll at Anoka County; and ,~ WHEREAS, to correct the County roll it is necessary that the City of Ramsey approve abatement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That tile City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves abatement of special assessr~ents for Improvement Project g93-06, City Fund g437, County Fund #82193 for parcel R21-32-25-43-0022. 2) That th~, City of Ramsey hereby instructs the Finance Officer to process all paperwork as req .u~re~t~ by Anoka County Auditor's Office in this regard and to notify the property owner involv~ of the Council's action.
