Super. 193, 19 A.3d 1038 (App. Div. 2011) <br />NEW JERSEY (06/13/11)—This case addressed the issue of wheth- <br />er: "public notice of an application for site plan approval that included <br />the construction of 'a main retail store of 150,000 [square feetj' was <br />legally insufficient because the application failed to identify the store as <br />a Walmart." <br />The Background/Facts: The Golf Center, Inc. ("GCI") owned 53.26 <br />acres in Old Bridge Township (the "Township"). GCI planned to de- <br />velop this land. Its plan included the construction of a 150,000 square <br />foot "main retail store."
