Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S <br />PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />WHEREAS, a 360 degree performance evaluation was completed for the City <br />Administrator for March 17, 2010—July 15, 2011; and <br />WHEREAS, the at the City Council's request the evaluation period was extended <br />through July 2011 in order to allow new Councilmembers enough time to evaluate Mr. <br />Ulrich's performance; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and the City Administrator discussed the City <br />Administrator's performance in closed session on September 7, 2011; and <br />WHEREAS, it was the consensus of the City Council that Mr. Ulrich's <br />performance was satisfactory. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />The City Council accepts City Administrator Ulrich's performance evaluation for <br />2010-2011 and determines his performance to be satisfactory during this period. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 13t1i day of September, 2011. <br />
