Motion by Councilmember Wise, seconded by Councilmember Tossey, to approve the <br />temporary, on -sale liquor license allowing the Ramsey Lions Club to sell liquor at the August 18, <br />2011, event at The Draw Park. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Wise, Tossey, Elvig, and <br />McGlone. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Backous. <br />5. MAYOR / COUNCIL / STAFF INPUT <br />None. <br />6.
